Today, actually right now, I am having my first meet with cottage cheese. Sure enough, I’ve tried it in lasagna, but I’ve seen so many people eat it as a snack.
It’s a cellphone picture, so it’s not awesome, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cottage cheese. Here I’ve put together 1,5 dl cottage cheese, 2-3 tbs cream, some chopped almonds and fresh berries. It tastes fine! It didn’t wow me, but I can definitely eat this as a healthier snack!
